Job Description

Responsibilities

Rasma Corporation Sdn Bhd (Group & Subsidiaries) is a growing organization seeking a friendly and well-organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Administrative. Be the face of our office, support daily operations, and grow your skills in a friendly, collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, directing them to the relevant staff.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception and common areas of the level in a clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor pantry supplies and arrange purchases when needed.
  • Assist with basic administrative and facility-related matters on the level, and coordinating with the relevant PIC.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
