Full Time Receptionist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Elabram Systems Federal Territory - Maukerja

Employment Details

• Working Days: 6 days per week (1 rotational rest day)
• Working Hours (Rotational Shift): 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance)
• Work Arrangement: Work from Office (KL)

Key Responsibilities

1. Parcel Processing & Handover

• Receive parcels from sellers or customers during drop-off hours
• Check parcel condition (size, packaging, labeling compliance)
• Scan parcels accurately into the system
• Arrange and store parcels properly for driver pickup
• Ensure parcel count and records are accurate during daily handover

2. Seller Support & Team Coordination

• Assist sellers with drop-off procedures and cut-off times
• Provide clear explanation on basic parcel requirements
• Coordinate daily tasks with drivers and sorting team
• Monitor attendance and ensure smooth daily workflow

3. Compliance & Daily Operations

• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines
• Report missing, damaged, or irregular parcels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Support the team in achieving daily operational targets

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
• Willing to work 6 days per week on rotational shifts
• Willing to work OT during peak periods (claimable)

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: RM1,850
• Fixed Allowance: RM150
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM500
• Overtime Claim (when applicable)
• Annual Leave: 1 day per month (prorated)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
