Requirements
- Must possess own car and valid driving license (for parcel delivery to courier office)
- Strong sales mindset, proactive and target-driven
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance expectations
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of online stores (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop)
- Handle customer inquiries via platform chat and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Process and confirm customer orders
- Pack and prepare parcels for dispatch
- Deliver outgoing parcels to courier office using own transport
- Monitor order status, shipping updates, and resolve basic customer issues (delivery, order changes, refunds)
- Actively drive sales performance and work towards improving monthly sales (not just listing products)
- Promote products through platform tools such as campaigns, live promotions, and chat engagement
- Update product information, prices, and stock availability when needed
- Maintain good customer service ratings and response times
