Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity Sales Executive to drive business growth within the Malaysian market. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer‑focused, and well-versed in selling IT or cybersecurity solutions to enterprises, SMEs, and government-linked organizations in Malaysia.
You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across Klang Valley and wider regions, engaging with local clients, partners, and distributors to deliver impactful cybersecurity solutions tailored to Malaysian business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities across Malaysia (SMEs, enterprises, and government sectors).
Conduct sales presentations, solution briefings, and demos for decision-makers including CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers, and procurement teams.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions (e.g., endpoint security, SOC/SIEM, cloud security, penetration testing, compliance services).
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
Work closely with pre‑sales engineers to deliver proposals, technical write-ups, and proof-of-concepts.
Maintain strong knowledge of Malaysia’s cybersecurity trends, threat landscape, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA, Bank Negara Malaysia RMiT).
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, channel partners, and vendors in the local ecosystem.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports.
Participate in local industry events, webinars, and cybersecurity conferences as a company representative.
