Requirements
- Strong interest in TikTok, social media trends, and digital culture
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
- Creative mindset with good storytelling instincts
- Comfortable being on camera (bonus, not mandatory)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Research TikTok trends, sounds, and viral content ideas relevant to the brand
- Assist in planning and creating TikTok content (videos, scripts, hooks, captions)
- Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok and other social platforms
- Support on-set or in-house content shoots when needed
- Publish and schedule content under guidance from the marketing team
- Monitor content performance and provide basic insights/recommendations
- Engage with comments and community to boost reach and interaction
