Full Time Process Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in TS Chuan Engineering & Drilling Selangor - Maukerja

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in water and wastewater treatment systems will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in water and wastewater treatment systems is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge in process design, process calculations, and equipment sizing.
• Ability to prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks or other design software is an added advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits when required.
• Self-motivated, proactive individual with strong technical mindset and interest in process optimization.

 Responsibilities:

1. Site & Client Coordination:

•  Attend site visits and client meetings to discuss project requirements, technical matters, and process design needs.
•  Coordinate and work closely with freelance advisors/consultants to ensure successful completion of process 

calculations, system design, and technical documentation.

2. Process Design & Engineering Calculations:

•  Prepare and review process calculations, equipment sizing, and technical specifications for water and wastewater 

treatment systems.

•  Ensure all process designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

3. Project Monitoring & Implementation:

•  Monitor project progress and ensure process requirements are properly implemented during installation and commissioning stages.
•  Support troubleshooting and provide technical input during site execution to ensure system performance and efficiency.

4. Technical Documentation & Drawing:

•  Assist in preparing process flow diagrams (PFD), layouts, reports, and other engineering documentation.
•  Use AutoCAD to prepare and review engineering drawings and layouts accurately.

5. Technical Expertise:

•  Possess strong technical knowledge in water and wastewater treatment systems, including pumps, blowers, diffusers, tanks, piping systems, and treatment processes.
•  Apply engineering knowledge to optimize system performance and support continuous improvement in design and operation.
