Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR working experience
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
- Familiar with payroll, statutory contributions, and HR documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude, responsible, and organized
- Able to use HR systems
Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions
- Handle recruitment process including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmation, and other HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters
- Liaise with government authorities related to HR matters (KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, HRD Corp, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation and monthly HR reports
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management
