Full Time ISO cum Account Administrator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in LW FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

Food Science / Production Support

• Assist in product quality control and food safety monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain food safety documentation (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP records).

• Assist in product formulation, labelling verification and documentation.

• Support internal and external audits related to food safety.

• Monitor raw material specifications and supplier documentation.

Accounts & Administrative Duties

• Process daily invoicing.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Ensure sales transactions are properly recorded with supporting documents.

• Assist in stock inventory checks.

• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of reports.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.

• Basic accounting knowledge preferred.

• At least 1 year working experience (food manufacturing environment preferred).

• Familiar with food safety standards (HACCP / ISO / SFA requirements).

• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
