Full Time SAP FICA Solution Architect Jobs, Salary up to SGD 20,000 in PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end SAP FICA solutions aligned with business requirements
• Lead solution architecture, configuration, and enhancements across SAP BRIM, IS-U, and FI/CO modules
• Conduct business process analysis, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to define optimal solutions
• Oversee integration with external systems (billing, tax engines, payment agencies, banks, web/mobile platforms)
• Drive migration and data reconciliation from legacy systems to SAP platforms
• Ensure successful system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Manage and mentor teams, including task allocation, QA oversight, and delivery tracking
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and compliance
• Design and support reporting, UI (Fiori), and interface solutions (IDOC, APIs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP FICA
• Proven experience as Solution Architect / Lead Consultant
• Strong expertise in:

• SAP FICA, SAP BRIM, SAP IS-U

  SAP FI/CO integration

  Billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and receivables

• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation (Blueprint to Go-Live)
• Strong experience in system integration (banks, tax systems like Vertex/Sabrix, external platforms)
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and Fiori/UI design
• Experience in data migration and reconciliation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in public sector, healthcare, or utilities projects
• Familiarity with Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• Knowledge of IDOC, CDS views, and SAP workflows
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models

• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP FI/CO, FICA)
• Experience working with multi-country implementations
• Prior experience managing cross-functional teams (10+ members)
