Full Time Senior Specialist Project Estimating Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,000 in EXYTE ASIA-PACIFIC HOLDING LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Independent preparation of cost estimates in various planning phases of large-scale construction projects
• Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detail Design(service phases 0-7 according to HOAI)
• Participation in cost control in the execution phase, cross-checking actual costs with target costs and writing them back into the calculation
• Creation of benchmarks for various project phases, e.g. according to the end product method, physical dimension method, according to actual performance values
• Evaluation and mass determination of technical drawings and R/I diagrams
• Application of the following methods:
• Physical Dimension Method
• Capacity Factor Method
• End Product Units Method
• Parametric Method
• Detailed Estimating Methodologies
• Preparation of a Quantitative Risk Analysis
• Control of the estimating process during the planning phase
• Active management, not only estimator but also manager
• Attend meetings and contribute insights as needed. Learning and Development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’ s degree preferred 
• 3-5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry 
• Competitive bid experience preferred 
• Good technical understanding
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, very good proficiency in the other Office applications
• Advanced level of English and German
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret project requirements and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail andaccuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task while working quickly and independently.
• Prior experience in highly collaborative team situations.
