Job Summary

Perform preventive technical maintenance including testing, repair, installation, configuration, modification, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Collaborate with the team on renovation and maintenance projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive technical maintenance activities such as testing, repairing, installing, configuring, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical systems and related issues
• Collaborate with team members to complete renovation and maintenance jobs efficiently
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout all work activities
• Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Respond promptly to unscheduled or emergency repair calls to restore electrical functions
• Document and write detailed service reports for all completed work, repairs, and services
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Manager as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical and renovation work
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for electrical maintenance tasks
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to read, write, and understand English is preferred
• Knowledge of safety practices during work activities is highly preferred
• Ability to handle the physical and mental demands of the job
