Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our loan documentation is accurate and our accounts stay up to date. This is an entry-level position; no prior experience in the automotive or finance industry is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Review and verify all paperwork for new car loans to ensure all required signatures and supporting documents are present and correct.

• Payment Tracking: Monitor monthly installments to ensure customers are paying on time.

• Collections Follow-up: Reach out to customers who have missed payments via phone or email to remind them of their balance and facilitate payment.

• Data Entry: Maintain and update all loan records accurately within our Excel-based tracking systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Ability to navigate spreadsheets and enter data accurately (no advanced "super user" skills required).

• High Attention to Detail: Consistent accuracy in managing repetitive tasks and spotting missing information.

• Professional Communication: Comfortable and polite when speaking with customers on the phone regarding overdue payments.

• Reliability: Someone who enjoys a stable, predictable routine.

Working Hours & Location

• Location: Conveniently located near Yio Chu Kang MRT.

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,800 (commensurate with experience).
