We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Admin to support both marketing initiatives and daily business operations. This hybrid role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, maintaining records and reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Contracts & Partnership Coordination

  • Follow up with hotel partners on signed agreements and outstanding documents
  • Review contracts and identify missing items or deliverables
  • Input marketing inclusions and partnership details into internal systems
  • Coordinate with operations and commercial teams regarding partnership implementation and follow-up


Showcase & Event Support

  • Support communication with showcase exhibitors and hotel partners
  • Assist exhibitors with event-related questions and platform usage
  • Create and manage exhibitor accounts on the platform
  • Coordinate invitations and follow-ups for exhibitor briefing sessions
  • Support the overall preparation and coordination of regional showcase events


Marketing & Communication

  • Assist in updating e-newsletters and marketing campaigns
  • Update e-banners and marketing materials
  • Prepare marketing and partnership reports
  • Support marketing coordination across multiple hotel partners and campaigns


Growth & Development

  • Over time, the role will progressively evolve to include more commercial and marketing exposure, including:
  • Supporting the promotion of marketing and visibility packages
  • Assisting with hotel partner engagement initiatives
  • Participating in regional business development and marketing projects


Requirements

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable following up with external partners and internal teams
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Experience in hospitality, events, marketing, or administration is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
