We are looking for a Senior Performance Specialist with the experience in handling biddable platforms, deep analytical and data-enabled problem-solving abilities. In this role, you are challenged with ensuring flawless biddable campaign execution and the daily operations. You'll work strategically to optimize the campaign performance in real-time, while focusing on the KPI. In this position, you'll also have to liaise with the planners and Agencies to ensure the strategic optimization initiatives are met.


Responsibilities include:

  • Operational: Campaign set up across all key biddable platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & other biddable platforms. Bonus: DV360)
  • Optimization: Campaigns metrics monitoring and optimizations toward our client goals (Branding, traffic, acquisitions) and KPIs.
  • Reporting and analytics: Update media planning team on campaign delivery, taking decision and making recommendations
  • End-to-end campaign management and delivery management
  • Complying campaign pacing and delivery insights
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues
  • Understanding of optimization insights and making continuous recommendations to the Post campaign reports.
  • Ability to guide junior team members in technical skills.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in ad operations, with demonstrated capability to manage the platforms and run campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & other biddable platforms. Bonus: DV360
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Clear understanding on differences of marketing funnel: Awareness & conversion/lead based campaign delivery to meet advertiser performance metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Data studio reporting systems is not a must but will be preferred.
