About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Service Centre Admin to join our team at Roda Express Auto Sdn Bhd in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our busy service centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling customer inquiries and bookings for vehicle servicing and repairs

2. Scheduling and managing service appointments and technician workloads

3. Processing work orders, invoices and other administrative paperwork

4. Maintaining accurate records and databases related to vehicle service history

5. Coordinating with the parts and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of required components

6. Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients to address their needs and concerns

7. Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry

2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach

4. Proficiency in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office

5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

6. A friendly, professional and problem-solving attitude
