Job Description
Assist the Catering Operations Manager in overseeing daily catering operations and ensuring smooth event execution
Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations, Logistics, Sales & Accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate orders/invoicing
Support manpower planning, staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure operational requirements are met on time
Ensure quality and quantity of food & beverages meet company standards and kitchen schedules
Ensure outdoor setups and on-site arrangements comply with clients’ requirements and company SOPs
Monitor proper utilisation of manpower, equipment, and resources while maintaining efficiency and profitability
Handle customer feedback and operational issues promptly and professionally
Maintain operational records and ensure proper housekeeping and storage management
Any other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in catering, logistics coordination, operations, or F&B environment preferred
Experience in manpower planning and operational coordination is an advantage
Class 3 Driving License is an advantage
Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage and work with a diverse team
Responsible, hardworking, proactive, and a good team player
Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays when required
Experience in Catering or Food Production environment is an advantage
Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certification preferred
