Job Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconcilation
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure timely submission of tax filing, SST, E-Invoice and statutory reports
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory authorities
Verify invoices, payments and journal entries
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Assist in financial analysis and management reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standard and company policies
Supervise and guide junior account executives or assistants
Improve accounting procedures and internal controls
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Proven 4 - 6 years of accounting experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and financial reporting
Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good organizational, time management skills and leadership abilities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong regulatory compliance knowledge and financial analysis
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Willing to work on a contract / fixed-term basis.
