Full Time HSE Officer Jobs, in Trees Engineering Sabah - Maukerja

The role will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on-site, ensuring compliance with DOSH requirements, project HSE procedures, and client safety expectations throughout the construction phase.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions for workers and subcontractors.
• Develop, review, and implement HIRARC for site activities.
• Manage and monitor Permit to Work procedures according to project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and HSE compliance checks.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare incident reports.
• Liaise with DOSH, client representatives, contractors, and site teams on HSE matters.
• Ensure site compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA, DOSH requirements, and relevant statutory regulations.
• Maintain HSE documentation, including inspection records, audit reports, safety statistics, and incident records.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
• Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and enforce site safety compliance.

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site-based HSE experience.
• Experience in EPC, power plant, oil & gas, petrochemical, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HIRARC, PTW, toolbox talks, site inspection, incident reporting, and DOSH compliance.
• Valid SHO registration with DOSH Malaysia is preferred.
• NEBOSH, NIOSH, or equivalent safety certification is an advantage.
• CIDB / Green Card certification is preferred.
• Able to prepare HSE reports, incident reports, and safety statistics.
• Firm, proactive, and detail-oriented in enforcing site safety standards.
• Willing to be based at Kimanis Site, Sabah.
