This full-time, on-site Junior Client Servicing role is based in Petaling Jaya. The Junior Client Servicing Executive will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, monitoring project timelines, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the development of strategies to meet clients’ needs.

• Demonstrated skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Basic understanding of Finance, including budgeting or invoice management, is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in client servicing or account management is a plus
