Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry / Admin Clerk to join our team at Daya Impian Jaya Sdn Bhd. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately track and manage the attendance records of our foreign workforce.

If you are organized, good with numbers, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and maintain daily and weekly foreign worker attendance sheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Verify attendance data against site reports or clock-in records to ensure accuracy.
  • Highlight and resolve any attendance discrepancies or missing data.
  • Assist with basic administrative duties related to workforce tracking as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling large amounts of data.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
