Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Total Rewards Analyst will support the design, analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards initiatives for a fast growing fintech organization operating across multiple global markets. This role combines analytics, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution to ensure the rewards framework remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with business growth to help shape competitive, equitable, and scalable rewards programs that attract and retain top talent worldwide.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders to provide insights and recommendations on compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benchmarking
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis using external compensation surveys and internal data.
  • Support annual compensation review cycles including salary increments, bonuses, promotions, and equity reviews.
  • Analyze compensation trends across regions and provide recommendations to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, internal transfers, and promotions.
  • Assist in developing global salary structures, job grading, and pay frameworks.
Benefits & Rewards Administration
  • Support the administration and review of global employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness, leave, and retirement plans.
  • Partner with local vendors and brokers to ensure smooth benefits operations across countries.
  • Evaluate benefits utilization and cost effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate HR and rewards dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze compensation and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support pay equity analysis and regulatory reporting where required.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of rewards-related HR data within HRIS systems.
Global Mobility & Compliance
  • Support mobility and expatriate compensation matters where applicable.
  • Ensure rewards practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards across regions.
  • Projects & Process Improvement
  • Participate in global HR transformation and rewards optimization projects.
  • Improve automation, reporting processes, and data visualization capabilities.
  • Support policy documentation and process standardization initiatives.

Role Requirements:

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or Rewards Consulting.
  • Experience in regional or global organizations, preferably within fintech, technology, banking, or high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to multiple countries/APAC markets is an advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis functions.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or BambooHR.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and salary survey platforms.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting equity or share-based compensation programs.
  • Knowledge of global mobility or international payroll practices.
  • Certification in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards is a plus.
  • Experience in scaling startups or fintech unicorn environments is advantageous
