ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales professional with a strong engineering background in manufacturing to drive the market adoption of optiMEStic, our premier Manufacturing Execution System (MES). In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex industrial engineering environments and strategic software solutions, helping factories digitalize, optimize, and automate their shop-floor operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial automation sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and live demonstrations of the optiMEStic MES platform to production managers, directors, and C-level executives.
- Analyze prospects' manufacturing processes, pain points, and bottlenecks to propose tailored software automation frameworks.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, solution scoping, and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with our technical and software development teams to ensure precise alignment with client specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering) or Computer Science.
- Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, specifically selling industrial software, automation solutions, or manufacturing hardware.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing shop-floor environments, production workflows, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating both independently and as part of collaborative team.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
