Full Time Tax - Customs Executive - Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in RF Staffing And Outsourcing Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with taxation and customs exposure to join a dynamic tax and compliance team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience handling tax-related documentation, regulatory submissions, and liaising with Customs Officers or government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and relevant authorities on tax/customs-related matters
• Handle tax compliance documentation, submissions, and follow-ups with regulatory bodies
• Prepare letters, applications, and supporting documents related to tax matters
• Monitor application status, updates, and ensure timely follow-up on submissions
• Support tax audits, compliance reviews, and internal documentation requirements
• Maintain proper filing and ensure accuracy of records for compliance purposes

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field
At least 1 years of working experience in taxation, SST, customs, import/export compliance, or related field
Prior experience liaising with Customs Officers (RMCD) or handling customs/tax-related submissions is highly preferred
Familiarity with regulatory documentation and compliance processes will be an added advantage
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
