Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and sharpen their culinary skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in preparing dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Handle mise en place tasks, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain stock freshness through proper storage and rotation.
• Ensure kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas are kept clean and sanitized.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of menu items.
• Proactively learn new recipes, techniques, and kitchen practices.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
