JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the implementation of company and departmental objectives, policies, and operational procedures.
• Supervise team members, monitor work quality, and conduct call evaluations and audits.
• Ensure staff members achieve assigned KPIs and performance standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to employees.
• Assign tasks and communicate instructions clearly to team members.
• Handle email correspondence and prepare staff performance updates and reports.
• Complete assigned duties within required timelines.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards across all operations.
• Training and development support will be provided for successful candidates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates with Diploma or Degree qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Previous supervisor or related working experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt to different job scopes and responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
