Full Time Accounting Associate (Full Set Accounting) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Ultrack Technology (TrackerHero) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting duties, including day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly closing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Malaysia’s financial regulations, tax compliance, and hands-on experience in the IT or tech sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports in compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS)
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements
• Manage company tax filings including SST, CP204, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and handle project-based accounting (e.g., hardware/software rollouts, service contracts)
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary as needed
• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor customer billing, collections, vendor payments, and expense claims
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Support internal controls and process improvements related to finance operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in full set accounting, preferably in the IT or services industry
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial, tax, and statutory requirements
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
• Experience with project-based accounting is a plus

Bonus Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA member) is an added advantage
• Familiarity with IT or security industry costing and billing practices
