Full Time Site Safety Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Hong Hin Electrical Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company standards, and project safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify, report, and mitigate potential hazards.
• Prepare, submit, and manage Permit to Work (PTW) documentation on a daily basis.
• Develop and prepare Method Statements (MOS) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for electrical installation works.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and safety training for site personnel, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by working closely with management, site supervisors, and workers.
• Assist the Site Supervisor in daily site operations, coordination, and work scheduling.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Prepare safety reports, records, and documentation for internal review and submission to authorities when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Safety & Health, or equivalent.
• Familiar with local safety regulations and standards, including DOSH, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), and relevant statutory requirements.
• Experience in preparing PTW, MOS, and SWMS documents.
• Strong understanding of site safety management and risk assessment.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a site-based environment.
• Yellow Book (NIOSH Safety & Health Officer) certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
