Full Time Halal Executive cum Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in 10 GRAM RESTAURANT Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage halal certification applications and renewals for Central Kitchen (CK) and all outlets.
• Ensure CK and outlet operations comply with halal requirements and company halal policies.
• Verify that all ingredients, packaging materials, and suppliers possess valid halal certification.
• Prepare, maintain, and regularly update the Halal Assurance System (HAS) Manual to ensure audit readiness.
• Conduct Internal Halal Audits and inspections for all outlets to identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and ensure only halal-certified raw materials registered in the Raw Material Masterlist are used.
• Regularly update the Raw Material Masterlist and monitor the validity of supplier halal certificates.
• Prepare documents, records, and supporting evidence required for external halal audits by JAKIM/JAIN.
• Liaise with authorities, outlet managers, and management teams regarding halal compliance matters and operational issues.
• Provide guidance and support to outlets to ensure continuous compliance with halal requirements.
• Conduct Halal Awareness Training for kitchen staff, service crew, and new employees.
• Train staff on halal SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and food handling procedures.
• Report outlet halal compliance status and audit findings to management.
• Organize, prepare documentation, and follow up on matters related to Internal Halal Committee (IHC) meetings.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth halal operational processes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
