Full Time Senior Lecturer ODL - MBA Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online lectures, tutorials, and assessments for MBA and Business Administration subjects.
• Facilitate and support students’ learning through online platforms and digital tools.
• Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and learning activities aligned with programme requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and academic guidance to students to support their learning progress.
• Monitor student participation and performance throughout the semester.
• Participate in academic meetings, moderation, and curriculum-related activities when required.
• Report to the office from Monday to Friday and perform academic and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions, preferably in Online Distance Learning (ODL) environments.
• Good knowledge of online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching and student development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
