JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Lead and manage live streaming activities, including live hosts, scheduling, content flow, and performance to drive engagement and sales.
• Manage KOLs, influencers, and seeders end-to-end (sourcing, briefing, coordination, and performance tracking) to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging, content planning, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and prepare insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and support marketing events and activations.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support marketing objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
• Knowledge of strategic marketing planning principles and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiar with social media management and web analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong commercial and market awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
