We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in HR and proven experience in recruiting live stream hosts or on-camera talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for roles related to livestreaming, social media, and entertainment hosting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, especially for live host positions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates for live hosting roles.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, especially in digital media and entertainment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment roles.
• Proven experience in hiring live streamers, influencers, or on-camera personalities is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
