Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in English (verbal, written, and comprehension).
• SPM graduate or higher qualification.
• Experience in customer service (BPO sector), or prior B2B sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong ability to convert support calls into sales opportunities.
• Passionate about sales and committed to achieving targets.
• Tech-savvy or interested in web/online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce).
• Willing to work onsite; on a 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Open to local Malaysian candidates.

Responsibility

• Handle inbound calls with strong sales and customer service approach
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services (consultative selling)
• Provide support for basic website, domain, and hosting inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and aim for first call resolution
• Guide customers to appropriate solutions, including third-party or paid services when needed
• Drive sales through effective communication and upselling
• Meet KPIs such as conversion rate, customer satisfaction (NPS), and resolution metrics
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
