Full Time HEAD - FLEET MANAGEMENT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in EDARAN OTOMOBIL NASIONAL BERHAD Selangor - Maukerja

• Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with new and existing customers.
• Participate in tender briefing, discussion/meeting for fleet business proposal.
• Prepare contract/tender quotation/proposal, comply with agreements and other legal and business documentation for contract/ tender submission.
• Responsible in processing tax-exempted vehicle’s application.
• Maintain and grow fleet customers database.
• Compile report and monitoring on branches’ demonstrator vehicles usage.
• Carry out market intelligence on related project and proposal in terms of market condition, current trend, customer behaviour, competitor’s activity and develop fleet business plan and support performance improvements.
• Execute and implement fleet project and co-manage with marketing unit.
• Cooperate with Branch Principal to identify local fleet market, tap in fleet business
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the fleet activities’ outcome and progress.
• Review and custody counter parts agreements and legal/business documentation.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Experience: 8-10 years of related working experience in automotive, logistics, or fleet coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:

1. Good communication and coordination skills.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data entry.

3. Detail-oriented with good time management skills.

4. Knowledge of vehicle registration and insurance processes is an added advantage

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
