Job Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve issues to ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond promptly to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
• Manage Service Desk tickets based on priority and FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Utilize and maintain helpdesk tracking software.
• Document internal IT procedures.
• Assist in onboarding new users.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment, software, and licenses.
• Report unresolved issues to the Service Desk for escalation.
• Assign users and computers to the appropriate groups in Active Directory.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Supervisor or IT Technician during working hours.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a technical field.
• At least a Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networking, network administration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fresh graduate with DBA knowledge is encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in Seremban.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
