Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare meeting rooms and office facilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
  • Monitor office cleanliness and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate company events and staff activities
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
  • Update databases and employee records
  • Maintain confidential documents securely
  • Perform data entry and record keeping
  • Organize contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Ensure documents comply with company procedures
  • Process invoices and payment requests
  • Track petty cash and expense claims

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per hour
