Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Sales Management

  • Lead and drive the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline management
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for property sales
  • Ensure proper follow-up and closing by all sales agents

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct regular training, roleplay, and performance reviews
  • Build a high-performance and results-driven team culture
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of new agents

3. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Implement and monitor sales systems (lead tracking, reporting, follow-up process)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

4. Financial Oversight

  • Monitor branch sales revenue and performance against targets
  • Work closely with finance on commission tracking, payment status, and reporting
  • Ensure proper documentation and submission of sales transactions

5. Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital, offline, and on-ground)
  • Oversee property listings, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Monitor lead sources and improve lead conversion performance
  • Ensure branding and marketing materials align with company standards

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze local property market trends in Kuantan
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management

7. Reporting & Management

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Provide updates on sales, team performance and operational issues
  • Propose improvement plans and business strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, marketing, and basic finance
  • Leadership skills with strong problem-solving ability
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
