Full Time PROTÉGÉ Engineering Trainee - Construction Industry Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Framepersecond Terengganu - Maukerja

The PROTÉGÉ Trainee will support in daily construction and project coordination activities. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to construction engineering practices, project documentation, site coordination, quality control, and technical reporting while developing professional and technical skills within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in monitoring construction site progress and daily activities.
• Support preparation of engineering drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
• Assist in site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to specifications and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers on engineering matters.
• Help maintain project records, filing systems, and progress reports.
• Assist in quantity measurements and material tracking when required.
• Support quality control and compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Attend site meetings, toolbox meetings, and internal discussions as assigned.
• Monitor and report any site issues, delays, or non-conformance to supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health requirements at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and engineering principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work at construction/project sites when required.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
