Rain Trees International Kindergarten is a private pre-school that delivers an outstanding English education to students aged between 18 months – 6 years old.

We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our team in August 2026. The position will be a full time role, Monday to Friday 8am -4pm

The successful applicant will love working with young children, be well organised, professional, hardworking, possess excellent communication skills and will have an enthusiastic and energetic approach to work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run the administration process for enrolment including email enquiries, calls, arranging visits, recording of visits
  • Manage applications for enrolment, plan class placements and liaise with Management, Parents and Teachers to ensure a seamless on-boarding process
  • Run the administration process for class changes, student transfers and leavers
  • Administer and Manage invoicing for Term Fees, changes in days and ad hoc payments
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing strategy
  • Keep the Rain Trees website updated and update Social Media when required.
  • Ensure all communication to parents such as fee structures, term dates and school activities is regularly reviewed and updated
  • Manage ordering of stationery, kitchen supplies and adhoc requirements from teachers and staff.
  • Greet Parents and children every morning and ensure children are well enough to attend school
  • Understand and work confidently with relevant software programs
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director and Principal
  • Work at all times ensure the health and safety of the staff and students
  • Any other relevant responsibilities as allocated by the Director/Principal

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in an office/school administrative capacity
  • Degree holders preferred
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Team player with a positive attitude who takes their own initiative
  • Good command of written and spoken English Language
  • Experience of working with children would be an advantage
