We are pleased to be partnering a not-for-profit services provider in Singapore. They are currently on a journey to strengthen collaboration, integration and a shared identity in order to achieve better outcomes for all. Hence, they are seeking an Organisation Development Specialist who will help translate strategy into everyday culture, behaviours and ways of working i.e. linking employee insights and meaningful actions. This role will be based in Singapore.

What you will do:

• Lead change initiatives that unify teams across different services and locations
• Build leaders’ capability to manage change and drive adoption
• Design experiences that strengthen collaboration and shared identity
• Gather and analyse data from surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions
• Turn feedback into practical interventions
• Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

What you bring:

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 5-8 years in OD, change management, HR with OD focus, or related roles
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical behavioural and operational change
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
• Certification or exposure in change management (e.g., PROSCI), facilitation, design thinking, or OD methodologies will be advantageous
