Job Description

Perform financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner for the appointed country.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

  • Create and maintain vendor accounts.
  • Process daily vendor payments and fund transfers; handle urgent payments.
  • Review SOAs and reconcile differences; review unpaid invoices; rejected invoices etc.; escalate complex cases to Manager.

Accounts Receivables

  • Perform account reconciliations in a timely manner.
  • Provide AR analysis reports and forecast cash collection.
  • Monitor past due accounts while working with GBS, Ops, KAM to meet the AR KPI.
  • Review the non-cash report and clear the aging items.

General Ledger/Reporting

  • Perform month end closing; prepare journal entries, BS schedules etc.
  • Clear outstanding for bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Prepare financial analysis and presentation.

Others

  • Assist in both internal and external audits
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in finance / accountancy
  • Preferably 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in finance and tax
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to identify and fix the small errors
  • Outstanding communication skills with multiple levels
