Own the entire customer lifecycle from lead capture → nurturing → conversion → retention → upsell → referrals, ensuring every lead and customer interaction is automated, tracked, and optimized for revenue growth.


This person turns your CRM into a revenue engine, not a contact graveyard.



Core Responsibilities


1. CRM Ownership


Own the CRM ecosystem (HubSpot / equivalent).


Responsibilities:

* CRM hygiene and governance

* lifecycle stage architecture

* custom properties

* deal pipelines

* segmentation logic

* lead scoring

* duplicate management

* attribution tracking

* dashboard/reporting


Examples:


* Separate Koocester / Homes / Autos / Business pipelines

* SG / MY / ID segmentation

* lead source attribution



2. Lifecycle Marketing


Build journeys across the entire funnel.


Own:


Lead capture

* forms

* landing pages

* lead magnets

* qualification flows

* remarketing audiences

* reactivation campaigns


Conversion

* meeting reminders
