Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring programme results to ensure that objectives are being met.
  2. Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing, ensuring lessons learned are documented and applied
  3. Contribute to the review and analysis of operations plans, identifying potential challenges and ensuring alignment with the program’s strategy
  4. Identifies new and better approaches to streamline work processes and improve overall program delivery
  5. Organizations of trainings for the operations or smallholders on programme.
  6. Follow up on performance indicators/ success criteria, targets and milestones and preparation of reports.
  7. Support the implementation and performance of partnership agreements through field visits and appropriate physical monitoring.
  8. Analysis of the situation in programme, identification of operational and financial problems as well as development of solutions.
  9. Present a thoroughly researched information for formulation of programme, preparation of project documents drafts, work plan, budgets and proposals on implementation arrangements.
  10. Any other task assigned by the superior or management from time to time from time to time.
