Responsibilities

The Head of E-Commerce Strategy & Performance oversees the overall performance strategy across digital channels and markets, ensuring alignment between traffic, conversion, and revenue objectives. The role focuses on business forecasting, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive data-informed decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable e-commerce growth.

The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to lead the performance strategy of the brand's e-commerce business, partnering across multiple markets and functions to drive commercial growth, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making at scale
  • Working Location: Central

The Talent

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience within e-commerce, retail operations, digital analytics, or related commercial functions.
  • Prior exposure to working in dynamic, fast-moving regional or multi-market digital environments with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business forecasting, commercial modelling, performance analysis, and driving digital growth initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Solid understanding of key online business metrics including traffic sources, conversion performance, customer acquisition, retention, basket value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Able to engage and influence stakeholders effectively while constructively driving accountability and execution across teams.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen, prioritisation skills, and attention to impactful performance drivers.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions in matrix environments.
  • Results-oriented individual who is able to convert analysis and observations into practical business actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating within evolving or ambiguous business situations.

The Job

  • Develop and manage short- and long-term business projections for traffic, conversion, and sales performance across multiple markets and digital channels.
  • Create predictive and scenario-planning models to evaluate the potential business impact of operational or commercial changes.
  • Consolidate insights and inputs from various functions including Marketing, CRM, Operations, Merchandising, and Planning into an integrated performance strategy.
  • Proactively identify potential business risks and growth opportunities, while providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Establish and oversee a comprehensive KPI tracking structure across the full customer journey to monitor overall business health and performance trends.
  • Analyse market and channel performance using both leading and lagging indicators to uncover actionable insights and performance gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Data and Business Intelligence teams to ensure reporting accuracy, dashboard consistency, and meaningful performance measurement.
  • Lead performance storytelling and business reporting for regular operational and commercial review meetings.
  • Translate insights into clear execution plans with defined ownership, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams including Marketing, CRM, Product, Merchandising, UX/UI, CRO, and Operations to support commercial objectives.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact on revenue and conversion targets.
  • Support governance frameworks and recurring business review processes to ensure discussions remain focused on strategic priorities, root-cause analysis, and decision-making.
