Responsibilities

TransPerfect seeks a Creative Project Coordinator to join Malaysia office, who can think creatively in a fast-paced environment to join TransPerfect ContentLabs. ContentLabs is a full-service creative agency within TransPerfect. From consultation to execution, we provide content strategy services to share our clients' vision with the world. We boast a diverse team spanning the globe that takes global content to the next level.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, bridging communication gaps and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure design initiatives align with the company’s overarching vision and objectives.
  • Manage and resolve editorial disagreements among relevant departmental staff to maintain a cohesive organizational narrative and aesthetic.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the team, sharing industry insights and best practices to inspire creativity and strategic thinking across teams.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and reports to effectively showcase design proposals and outcomes.
  • Design and develop visually captivating assets for diverse projects, including logos, PowerPoints, infographics, social media assets, UI/UX, brand design, video and animation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to optimize brand identity and design strategies for both internal and client brands.
  • Monitor industry trends and utilize insights to craft unique and innovative designs.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
  • Develop concepts and materials to support sales efforts, translating client goals into tangible products.
  • Handle media assets, including graphic creation, digitization, archiving, and tracking, to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Proactively identify and implement tools and strategies to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 + years of Project Management experience
  • Comfortable with technical script writing and concepts
  • Excellent writing and communication skills are a must
  • Expertise in MS Office programs (PowerPoint formatting)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Aftereffects
