Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Admin to handle daily office operations, coordination, and communication activities. Candidates from an IT background or with experience working in an IT company will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration and documentation.
  • Manage emails, records, reports, and office files.
  • Coordinate with clients, staff, and management teams.
  • Attend calls and respond to basic client inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain follow-ups.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and office coordination tasks.
  • Use AI tools for email drafting, content preparation, and productivity support.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • IT background or IT company experience preferred.
  • Freshers can also apply.

Training will be provided for:

  • Office operations and coordination

  • Professional communication and reporting
  • Internal company processes and documentation handling

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
