Full Time Accounts Clerk- Accounts Assistant - AP Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in HENG HUP METAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately
• Verify invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheque/online payment schedules
• Prepare regular and urgent vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers and vendors.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper filing and accounting records
• Assist in AP-related reporting and other finance reporting requirements when needed.
• Assist with monthly closing and reporting tasks
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments regarding payments
• Participate in routine stock take as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience in Accounts Payable will be an added advantage
• Basic accounting knowledge and computer skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good personality and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
