About CMA CGM FICOM (Finance Corporate Office Malaysia)

Located at Wisma Consplant 2, Subang Jaya, FICOM is an extension of the Finance Corporate Division of the CMA CGM Group. It serves as a Finance Expertise Center, delivering non-transactional, value-added services to support the Group’s transformation and drive financial performance for key stakeholders.

The FICOM team comprises over 180 local talents, all committed to realizing its vision of being an effective business partner to stakeholders and a preferred employer for finance professionals.


About the Role

You will be part of the Tax team based in Malaysia, overseeing transfer pricing (TP) matters for the Group.


Key Result Areas

Ensure the timely preparation of robust, contemporaneous TP documentation in compliance with local requirements and TP regulations.


Key Accountabilities/Duties

  • Manage TP matters across the countries in which the Group operates.
  • Oversee TP compliance, including monitoring reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained.
  • Monitor, research, and analyse changes in TP rules and regulations across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Support TP audits and respond to queries from tax authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams to address queries related to Group TP policies and intercompany transactions.


Qualifications

  • Recognized Degree in Accountancy or Finance, with a major in Taxation.
  • Minimum 2 years of TP experience in public accounting firms and/or commercial environments.
  • High integrity and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Analytical and meticulous for details
  • Communicate effectively with all level’s personnel
  • Team-oriented
  • High focus on task closure and delivery of quality and timely output
  • Experience in shipping and logistics (added advantage)
  • Familiarity with process improvement initiatives, including digitalisation and AI tools.


This is a 12-month contract role with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position, subject to performance.
