- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems.
Tanggungjawab
- Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with legal and business requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal regulations
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
