Requirements:
* Must have own car
* Responsible and punctual
* Able to communicate well with tenants
* Basic housekeeping/management skills are an advantage
* Able to work independently
Job Scope:
* Monitor house cleanliness and maintenance
* Assist tenants when needed
* Handle basic house management tasks
* Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance team
