Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement company HR policies and procedures.
Advise management on employee terms, conditions, and HR matters.
Handle recruitment for executive and non-executive staff.
Manage performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs.
Administer payroll summaries, salary systems, and employee benefits.
Review HR policies and ensure fair and consistent implementation.
Coordinate internal promotions and staff transfers.
Assist in resolving employee-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Organize and evaluate internal and external training programs.
Liaise with government agencies and statutory bodies when required.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.
